Online, with your documents. If anything is missing, we ask within the 24 hours.
When it comes back
In writing, within 24 hours of us having everything. Weekend and bank holiday requests start at 9am UK time on the next working day.
Who checks it
A solicitor of England and Wales checks every answer, report and document against your facts before it reaches you.
